Depression and Anxiety Therapy

Many of my clients come to see me for stress relief from their anxiety-related thoughts, often times related to their health issues, but not always. Anxiety is a common problem in modern society. Research studies report that up to 18% of North Americans have had an anxiety related disorder, which is over twice the rate of depression, but you don’t have to have an anxiety disorder in order to suffer from anxiety.

Anxiety, and anxious thoughts, are very common particularly during stressful situations, which are abundant in our society. Anxious thoughts when left unchecked can often progress to depressive thoughts and sometimes even into depression. This is why it is critical to intervene as early as possible as soon as you have any anxious or depressive thoughts.

The mind and body strategies I use are scientifically and intuitively based and effective in helping to treat anxious and depressive thoughts. My goal is first to get you well in both mind and body so you can lead the healthy and productive lifestyle, and then to help you cultivate and realize your maximum potential for optimum health and happiness. You deserve a life of joy and I’m here to help you achieve it.
